• Delivery Timeline: Standard doorstep delivery takes approximately 4 to 10 working days, depending on your delivery pin code and regional accessibility.

As soon as your package is dispatched from our fulfillment center, an automated email and SMS notification containing your unique Airway Bill (AWB) tracking link will be sent to your registered contact details. You can follow your shipment's journey in real time until it arrives safely at your doorstep.

We gladly ship Ekesvara creations worldwide. All international orders undergo a thorough multi-stage Quality Check prior to departure.

• Customs & Import Duties: All applicable local customs duties, taxes, and international freight charges are to be borne by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.
• Final Sale Policy: In order to maintain global logistics integrity, we do not offer exchanges or returns on international shipments.

Should you need an alternative size or style, Ekesvara offers a seamless exchange process:

• Exchange Window: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
• Reverse Pickup: Once approved, pickup is scheduled within 1–5 working days. Please ensure the courier collects the parcel under the matching AWB.
• Credit / Dispatch: Within 2 working days of your parcel returning to our warehouse and passing inspection under CCTV, your replacement garment is dispatched or a 1-year valid Credit Note is emailed to you.
• End-to-End Timeline: The complete exchange turnaround spans approximately 7 to 14 working days.
